The adoption of AI is complex and messy – and offers an opportunity for renewal, innovation and responsible growth.
I support founder- and family-owned businesses and partnerships who see new technology developments as positive challenge and want to adopt it in a sustainable way – so it turns into renewal, innovation and future-readiness.
Together, we navigate the critical and complex integration of AI and embed it into your strategy, governance and leadership. Moving out of the doubt- and hesitance-phase and into effectiveness and results comes from an alignment that allows clear decisions, responsible leadership and the governance that supports it.
Over 20 years’ experience in tech law, leadership, business development and organisational transformation from corporate to start-up shape my perspective on business environments, interdependencies and decision-making – especially in the context of new technologies.
I have seen and experienced numerous digital transformations, transitions, complex tech projects, restructurings and repositionings triggered by new tech, and supported the changes in leadership skills and the human dimension that come with it.
All of this has taught me the importance of a fine-tuned alignment between strategy, structures and people in the context of digitisation and new tech, as well as a sharp view and a holistic perspective on business structures needed to move forward with clarity and effectiveness.
With my background as technology lawyer, negotiator, mediator, strategist and leader across multinational and entrepreneurial settings, I know first-hand what responsibility at the front-line means.
I have led projects and secured high-volume tech contract renewals where revenue from four- to nine-figures was at stake. I advised executives and leadership teams in high-risk scenarios regarding compliance and liabilities. I re-engineered executive governance and delivery oversight in digital transformation scenarios – just to name a few examples.
I’m also a certified systemic coach and business coach, which gives me an additional perspective on entrepreneurial and leadership challenges.
And to add another layer, I also work as mental trainer for snow sports athletes and ski instructor, which enables me to share important insights about focus, resilience and high performance under pressure, wins and losses, failure and comebacks.
I have a broad international experience, lived in several countries across Europe, worked with companies of all sizes, developed a varied career and took each challenge as a chance – an approach that has helped me through major changes, big transformations and difficult transitions until today.
I’m your strategic partner who is out on the field with you, not just standing on the sidelines.
I see myself as a strategic advisor and sparring partner to founder- and family-owned businesses and partnerships – those organisations and practices where owners and executives think long-term, and trust and strong values build the business foundation. I’m offering clear guidance, open communication and a commitment to uncover the opportunities that major disruptions like AI provide.
I’m not a consultant who delivers concepts and then leaves the room. I work alongside you within the system – with operational experience, a strategic perspective, and an instinct for what is really happening behind the figures, gained from my personal experience in law firms, big and small corporate environments and my own firm.
My work begins where tech is the trigger, strategy is just the beginning and structure alone is no longer enough: in critical moments when decision-making stalls, the current business model needs some questions, or leadership needs to be redefined.
My work is solution-oriented and focuses on practical execution and implementation, not just theory.
It’s grounded in my analytical thinking, strategic and structured in my approach, and closely aligned with the realities of the business.
At the same time, it is human-centred. Especially in this digital era, people are still your company’s most valuable asset and the ones enabling the change and growth you want to achieve. Without your leadership team and employees, no transition is going to succeed.
I think long-term to enable sustainable and responsible growth.
My work is values-based and systemic, as I firmly believe that all areas of our company are interconnected and tech only works if it is an integral part of it.
What I offer is not a fix programme. It is a mandate, tailored to what your situation actually requires.
I’m a very human-centered and value-driven person and convinced that people and businesses have an enormous potential, if we don’t let tech control it all.
However, I also see the possibilities we can create by working with it and using it as a tool that enables us to be more creative, efficient and focused on what really matters.
I combine legal and operational experience in tech environments, strategic insight and a sound understanding of entrepreneurship with an instinct for what lies beneath the surface.
I see complexity and change brought by new tech as a real opportunity, provided we think beyond silos and stay open to innovation and creativity.
I’m strong in breaking down complexity, connecting dots, revealing misalignment, strengthening key relationships, and creating consistency in the messiness. My specialty is to integrate new technologies with the strategic elements and structures in your business and with responsible leadership and key client relationships, especially when stakes are high and situations critical and complex.
Integrity, kindness, respect, trust and excellence matter to me, and my work is built on these values.
Let’s connect and explore opportunities.
